We're off to mature exams! Time to show your support and keep your fingers crossed! (journal updated after each exam )
5th - Polish, based level (written exam)
Well... It wasn't so bad as I thought before. It was one of the exams that I was scared the most. (I really don't like Polish, believe me. :/) First part was an article from the newspaper and then questions examinating how much we understood from the text. Article was about blogs so you can imagine that it wasn't so difficult. Second part was writing an essay, we had to choose one theme out of two (first one was to compare two poems, second one was from the novel "Lalka"; I chose the first one ^^). My mum said today morning that there will be something about Mickiewicz (Polish poet) to write in an essay... and it was! (one of the poems was Mickiewicz's) Oh my, I must ask her about other exams, maybe she'll foretell me the future. I wrote more than 4 pages of A4 paper, it never happens to me. (writing a two-page-long essay was always a pain in the neck ) Hope the exam went as good as I feel now.
6th - English, based level (written exam)
What can I say... More exams like this one. The listening wasn't my favourite part (I've never liked listening and probably will never like ), but the reading was sooooooo easy. ^^ Seems like spending time here on really helps me improving. And for the last part we had to write a short note to a roommate, asking if he/she could do the shopping and a letter to the hotel owner telling him that we forgot to take back something important and if he could sent it to us. Well, I still have the chance to fulfil my ambitions (to score more points than on the trial exams), even though it might be very difficult, as the trial exams went incredibly well. ><;
14th - Maths, advanced level (written exam)
16th - Chemistry, advanced level (written exam)
20th - Polish, no level (oral examination), my presentation's theme: "Myth's renessaince in nowadays' fantasy literature and films."
27th - English, based level (oral examination)
